Looking forward as well, good opportunity to wear in my new rear boots I am having fitted on Saturday, really bad wear on the inside of the tyre, as in "HOLY CRAP"..

On a rather more sad note, ally do you know if the applecross inn has a TV, ... I know it's sad but I would really love to see the Champions league final on Saturday night. I have emailed them to ask them but no reply yet. :(

I'm actually now thinking about asking for a supply of plates that me and Mrs a11y can use for a private game of naked twister...

Tyre wear: unsurprisingly perhaps, given the level of rear camber on my rear wheels, my rear tyres were pretty worn on the inside edge prior to replacement. It's just something that happens with this car and the camber it runs.

And TV? Really sorry but totally unsure mate - everytime I've been to the inn I've sat outside in the beer garden for food as the weather's always been tremendous. They're friendly enough so I reckon calling them would be fine. I'm not a big football fan but wouldn't say no to watching it if the opportunity arose.

Off topic - a11y is your camber angle why your zed looks so "slammed" compared with other zeds on Eibachs?

Hopefully my rears will last until after summer. They've done c.8k miles and expecting another 4 or so this summer. Hopefully they will last :tumbleweed:

No idea?! But yeah for some reason my Z4 does look lower than others on Eibachs. Don't you dare make suggestions of fatness!

Rear camber on mine is -2°50 which is apparently within tolerances, according to the data on Hunter machines...

The low stance and 202s were the first things I spotted about your motor... My view is, lower is better. Might have a look at the mounts to see if there's anything that can be done to shed a few more mm too

 Bit scared to take them plates now !

Inspection 1 and no more run-flats today so the car's ready, just need to make sure I am now! Hopefully the weather is better for next weekend, it's been miserable all day today :(.

I'm really hoping it won't rain on this outing, but looking at the 7 day forecasts the soft-top owners may need to take a bucket with them to bail out the motor...

More concerned about pitching camp in the rain than bailing out the zed - almost all Scottish zed runs have had some sun so this one will be no different - positive thinking all ! Might be difficult to clean and trial pack this weekend - I also want a quick blast tomorrow morning- my zed's barely been out for 2 weeks ! Might go for breakfast in Troon !

Package received.

Wackie Backie or some blue movies maybe? :poke:

Malc, please don't judge everyone by your own standards :poke: .
The package was legal, above board and very important to the Scottish contingent or at least those in the know :P .

Oh and I don't think there's snow - even inn Applecross - it's been glorious here today - had a quick blast to Troon for breakfast and a long beach walk - roof down there and back, sun shining ! looks like rain Sunday though and Mrs Jax is doing the Glasgow women's 10K !
