I'm an artist/graphic designer with a fair knowledge and connection in the amateur printing industry, and I might be able to help with both the design and printing aspect of the shirts. I would help you find a printer that is. I don't want any money, just think I could help is all. Every thing is of a very professional quality 
If there is an interest, lemme know and I'll show you what I've got! (or if you have an idea for a shirt I can design it for you free of charge so you can see what it looks like

Don't know if this has been metioned but all that is required is an A4 template of the design that is agreed upon.
Then buy some T-Shirt Paper stuff that is available from most reputable outlets.
Print off the template and get it put onto a T-Shirt yourself.
Or.......
Send me the design.
I'll get the T-Shirts done locally at cost.
I'll send them out as long as mail costs are covered through my website. NO PROFIT WOULD BE TAKEN!
Then buy some T-Shirt Paper stuff that is available from most reputable outlets.

First, many thanks to CapptainDyno and skelters, but the wheels are already in motion and the design and manufacturer have already been selected. U.K. distribution still has not been finalized, so if anyone is interested in overseeing this, please let me know.
I was able to see a sample print today and it really looks good, thanks to inTgr8r for supplying the artwork.
This will be on the front....
and this will be on the back.
so it will basically look like this...
The shirts will be grey with blue printing.
For those attending Homecoming '08, I will distribute shirts there. For those not attending, or if you want your shirt before then, I will send via USPS. I'm not sure yet how much that will cost, but I will post this information when I know.
The shirts are $10 each, plus shipping.
I ordered 100 shirts for a total cost of $767.86. We have orders for 56 shirts already, so we're only 21 away from break even. ALL profits will go to Z4-forum.com
Once again, if you blokes in the U.K. fancy these smashing shirts, I will send ONE bulk package to one of you to distribute . Please PM me if you're interested in taking his on. Of course, you'll have to add the shipping costs to the price of the shirts.
