All...

I know its a little late notice but Ive booked myself a track day at Snetts 300 Circuit which is due to next Thursday (2nd August). Its only £189... Open Pit Lane too

Wish me luck !! Hope to see some of you down there...

Ant

Have fun - if you like it and want to do it again we will be going there on November 7th

We will be at the Snetterton 300 circuit to close our 2012 season

It would be during the first week in November

I'm looking for 50 to 60 cars each paying £129

Being very proudly Northern and possibly quite insular, I have never really been off my own territory with our events. It's just that I seem to be getting more and more requests to take the show on the road so to speak

So.. Snett 300.. November 7th.. £129 - what do you think?

All our trackdays are exclusive hire (that's just us), are open pitlane and have generous sound limits, usually 105db.
Entry numbers are capped to a sensible amount of cars.
Free professional ARDS instruction at each trackday.
Friendly club atmosphere
Trophies and Prizes
All abilities catered for
Prices shown assume BMW Car Club membership
Non members welcome

We take payment by cash, card, cheque, paypal and electronic transfer

I'll hopefully be going to Snetterton in my M3.
Have a set of 18" that need to be scrubbed. :)

Nick...that sounds fantastic !! I will most definitely be interested...aslong as I manage to get through this track day unscaved. Have you had much interest so far - i.e. people signed on the dotted line ??

Il let you know how I get on...

Gavinb...ah superb! On the 2nd ?? Come pop your head in my garage when your there mate...oh and try not to show me up too much in your M3 lol E90 ??

Hi Z4M_Ant,
Going to Snetterton on the 7th November. BMWCC arranged.
No it's an E46 M3. You may be able to see it in the garage in the last picture on my signature.

If it's your first trackday have fun, but don't go mad. Don't forget you have to drive home :driving:

Yeah I have had words with myself to ensure im sensible...I've actually allowed my Dad to be another driver too - I think I may have to go find something to occupy myself whilst he is out on track lol

Ah yeah funnily enough after id sent my last message I see it parked up in your garage. Very nice..!! So I take it your an experienced track day goer ??

Tomscott...meant to ask - where did you get your stubby arial ?? Looks so much smarter than the standard.

Have only done 1 track day.
It was in our old E85 Z4 2.5si roadster we had. It was in Llandow, South Wales.
Closed circuit for about 20 cars, its only a small track but was great fun.
Been on several weekend runs though, which are great fun.
I do enjoy a spirited drive though as long as the police arent around.
Live fairly close to the Evo Triangle so tend to blast around there a bit.

still think we should have a z4 only trackday, would be something special

always thought e46 drivers were a little...chavvy?

oooohhhh he didnt go there did he :P :P

i am of course just joking etc :poke:

but yeah, trackday would be cool

Oi what do you mean chavvy? :tumbleweed:

You did just go there. :poke: :fuelfire:

Fed up with looking at the exhaust pipes of E46's then is my guess.

ive actually never raced an e46, had a look at billys m3 today though and was very nice
his is the smg and we were both suprised that when in neutral it limits the revs you apply, hols the revs below the redline, was suprised at that, couldnt tell if the exhaust differences made a difference in the noise though between our cars??
any ideas guys?
and yes....m3's are a bit chavvy, but a csl....now youre talking...
