Its a shame you didn't make the run on Sunday as it was a lot better than Saturday with some amazing roads and scenery.

Hi all,

We had a wonderful time at the National this year - as Newbies Craig made sure we were all sorted and knew what was what.

Craig deserves a Forum medal for his efforts and planning making sure that everyone has the best time possible - amazing effort Craig you were a star for us over the weekend!

The drives were memorable - up there with some of the best driving experiences I've had - thanks John. I thought the standard of driving throughout was a credit to the Forum - enjoying the capabilities of the Zed with a group of others really does bring another dimension to ownership as does seeing all the cars lined up and grouped together - wonderful.

The social aspect is not to be overlooked either - we met some lovely people who had travelled suprising distances to be at the National - they were all friendly and great fun - the Saturday barbeque is a great chance to get to know each other. Hi to you all and thanks to you too!

If like us you've not been to a forum event - make your plans and go - you'll love it!

Thanks to all involved!

Paul and Steph (paulgs1000)

:D :D :driving: :driving:
Nice to meet you both and thanks for the driving tips. C U next year

+1 Speed limits and safety were observed immaculately through towns and built up areas, then a very healthy pace especially on Sunday where everyone seemed to drive beautifully.

It was great to meet you too - really impressed by your car. That's a beautiful black Zed you've got and in terrific condition - a brilliant find - still - I encourage you to hold those gears and keep working that engine - the two litres can take it. Got back after spending most of the weekend at 3-6000rpm in second and third and the car has shrugged it off. Terrific fun and a great advert for BMW. Hope to see you again too at another event. Best wishes, Paul and Steph. :driving:
