Z4-FORUM NATIONAL MEET,LAKES/DALES,JULY 2012

Thanks to all for a great weekend. Especially to Craig and John great job boys :thumbsup:

The sheep were out in force today to watch the Z4 convoy pass by :) We were lucky nobody had a 'coming together' with one of our woolly friends. Not an acceptable excuse for not keeping up however :poke:

We are off to the Lakes tomorrow morning for the week. Is there any tarmac left on the roads up there?
 
The gravelled bits were annoying. Few more stone chips :(

Thought I'd lost the exhaust when I took off over a hump bridge on the stang road and landed with a very loud crash :o Still, great to see Zeds being driven as they were meant to be.
 
Hi. Would just like to also congratulate Craig and John for a great & successful meet / BBQ. Was my first run, won't be the last! Even SHMBO said she'd come along again (although she WASN'T obeyed when I was told to slow down!!!). Did both the Saturday & half the Sunday run on less than a tank (but there again my little 2.5 is a bit more economical! :P ) - & no, I wasn't Driving Miss Daisy!! :driving: Great to meet you guys & girls, didn't get round to meet everyone, but sure over time will on other meets. You all seem a great bunch. Have included a pic of some of the afore mentioned sheep! SHMBO almost found them more interesting than the cars! WOMEN :rofl:

Haha there was some very bouncy back ends around... some definite bottoming... :cry: And some serious serious air! What do you expect when a 30 mile stretch of road is completely deserted! Sammyz set a very good pace :thumbsup: and enjoyed every minute of it! Def no the Z a lot better now.
 
Some great pictures looks like a great meet and in my homeland as well :-( wish I had been able to make it ! Lots of very good looking cars.

Mmn scuffed my unmarked alloys gettin tight on corners just to keep up. No good travelling at back when u have 2.0 litre lawnmower engine !!
