Not done it as yet,Adam...been extremely busy of late;but i wil be doing it soon.
Last year we had upto 40-ish cars meant to be over the weekend i think,in the weeks leadin upto the meet,but ended up with around 18-22 cars on each day.........however this years list does have alot more "definites",so might well be up for a record turnout,lol
Just hope its warm n sunny again
WITH A QUICK COUNT/CHECK............THERE ARE AROUND 12/13 PPL I HAVE ?? OVER,WHO I WILL BE PM-ING IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS,TO CHECK IF THEY ARE STILL COMING.
IF I DONT PM ANYONE ON THE LIST,ITS BECAUSE YOU HAVE CONFIRMED/PAID CAMPING OR THAT YOU ARE BOOKED INTO EITHER THE CROOKLANDS OR YOUR OWN ACCOMIDATION,SO WE CAN ASSUME YOU WILL BE THERE

) Since there was around 8/10 or so of us who had dinner last year in the Crooklands hotel,and we had a bit of a wait for getting a table booking(as they were busy with a function if i remember)
This year i thought i would reserve a table for the Friday night,for aprox 12 ppl,at around 6/6.30 pm....though having spoke to the hotel,they will be flexible-ish on this and the numbers
So u folks can let me know how many want to go for a bite to eat there on the fri nt,cheers

2.list of those camping at waters edge,and whos paid a deposit/and what they have left to pay
3.whos coming for sat or sunday drives only,etc
4.raffle donations list/who gave what
5.list of those eating at hotel fri nt
better buy another a4 pad,and plenty new pens,haha

My plans might change a little on this.
Was planning coming up Friday night, having a bite to eat in the crooklands and camping sat and sunday. I have since found out that it is my aunt's suprise 50th Bday party on the Saturday night. Part of me thinks bugger it ive booked the lakes and the other half actually wants to go as I haven't seen her or alot of the family going for well over a year... which is bad!!
So what I may end up doing is coming up the Friday night as planned and having some food drinks with everyone at the crooklands. Camping friday night and do the saturday drive but then drive back late afternoon saturday to attend the party, This would obviously mean missing the saturday night camp / bbq etc and of course the sunday drive.
Im undecided yet :?

Yeah. The Sunday drive and te Saturday BBQ was great last year. Hence the reason I'm undecided what to do at the minute.. :?
JDM/Socket r....the Saturday drive is a tad more relaxed,as the roads are a bit busier,hence the Sunday drive is more of chance to stretch our cars legs,if we want,as the roads are usually a tad quieter than Saturdays routes.
Though we have never really had too much traffic where we go,but u will regret not doing the full weekend...

Craig I'd love to do both days and let my horses gallop free lol but my mates joining me and im not sure whether he can stay the extra night. Plus I'm trying to work it without having to take a day off work if I can help it. I'll see what I can do.
Should be pulling into the carpark at about 8pm if we stick to schedule and don't get pulled like we're on the gumball
