Mr 12Volt wiring….. Has anyone had issues when connecting this up it’s brought up SoS warning lights fault?
If so did they find a cure to fixing this please .. or possibly a link on how to sort out would be very much appreciated

It shouldn't but..it sits on one of the data buses.. maybe a loose connection..did it just start or after you / someone did something?
 
As stated. Double check everything especially the optical leads.

If it persists, remove it and see if it clears.
 
At a guess I'd say it's a MOST fibre optic issue. Did you use the fibre optic Y loop?
