Based on your edit it looks like you are looking for a pre-facelift with the M54 engine.
Bearing in mind the youngest of these are 17 years old now there aren't going to be too many that have done such a low mileage, and these engines are pretty bullet-proof so I'd focus more on condition and history.
Even at 70K miles leaks from cam-cover and oil filter housing gaskets are possible and suspension components will be past their best so it's worth looking for one that has had some of those issues addressed already. And has had the roof motor relocated to the boot.
