I am after the following two trim parts for a 2003 Z4 e85. Ideally with all clips intact and no major defects. If anyone has these for sale, do please get in touch :D.

Very hard to find these in good order, even on a well looked after car. New ones are available from BMW, but they are expensive.

Mine isn't terrible, but has clearly taken impacts over the years. Sounds like most will be in similar condition and not worth buying a new one as they're extortionately priced, as you say.

It’s probably not direct impacts. This component is stressed between the wheel arch, front bumper and undertray; and the plastic gets brittle over time, so it just splits/cracks. I have had good results with plastic welding/stapling to patch these up, and they are not visible, so not worth spending a lot of money imo.

Good to know. Unfortunately mine's been missing a chunk out of it since the day I bought the zed, so nothing to stitch up.

I'm still after one of these, particularly the scuttle. Any lying around and in good condition :)?

I'm also looking for one, but really all I need it for is to seal the radiator and attach the wheelarch liner.

The rest is hidden under my front splitter so I don't need any of the bottom section that houses the external air thermometer. If you do end up replacing it I'd be in the market for your old one. Esp if it helps offset the cost for you :)

If I find one, I'll let you know .

Ah, I would prefer something that looks better than my existing one :D. Thanks for replying though!

Thank you for the offer but I've got my hands on another scuttle now :). Just need to get around to fitting it. Did you get reimbursed by Evri for the previous one you shipped out?

Don’t be daft- they are worse than insurance companies!!
That sucks, really sorry to hear that. What excuse did they use? It was quite obviously delivered folded in half!
