Z4 e85 issues

Hi all I'm having some issues with my new Z4. It's 2006 but think it's preface lift, alarm keeps going off and stopping ,iv pulled fuse for the moment to stop it beeping, I also have no central locking remote doesn't work, wipers and windows wont work , iv heard something about gm5 module might be the issue, Can someone tell me if all these issues are all related or do I have individual problems, thanks for your help in advance

The alarm, central locking, wipers and windows all controlled through the GM 5. Did you scan the car for codes?
 
I haven't yet as i have just bought the car and it came with a few issues. Do u know if it will show up as error if it is the gm5? Thank you
 
If you haven't sorted it yet then before taking out the GM5 replace fuse 10 & see if that resolves the issues.
