Hi Kis... you need to be ordering 25 mm sleeving
Sleeving is measured by the inside diameter ...not by the flat width.

I was thinking that, "hmm so what size do I order".
I was going to get the 38mm as this goes down to 19mm if its a 2:1 but I'll get the 25mm thanks bud!

Yes did this on mine - there are two torx bolts in the top I think and then one on each end of the brace - you can pull it out throughone of the kidney grill holes once its free

Can you remove the front brace without the need to remove the bumper?

It is possible but can be tricky. Unless you can get a driver square into the hex bolts and they’re not corroded on, you will burr at least one of them, then you have to take the bumper off anyway. Taking the bumper off first is relatively easy and will save you some skinned knuckles.
