Mac27040,

Would you mind taking a photo of the rear of your car after it's been out in the wet, so that the dirt stains show up on the bodywork at the back of the car? I'd like to see what effect the rear wing and diffuser have on any streak patterns that might appear. Thanks.

The rear of the car normally gets even amount of dirt, not noticed streaks but then again the car doesn't normally get that dirty. I clean it most days....

I'm wondering if you get something like these streaks off my Z3MC after going out in the rain, they show the airflow over the car. I'd just like to see what effect your diffuser and spoiler have on airflow at the rear of your car.

Is this related to how best to clean your car, or querying the aerodynamics of these 'cosmetic' parts?

I'm not into "detailing" or dressing my car with bits and pieces for cosmetic effect. I'm just curious to see the aerodynamic impact that these parts have, because I'm considering attempting to improve the aerodynamics of my Z4MC, which intrinsically has aerodynamic lift. My motive is as simple as that.

Just my opinion of course, but to me it upsets the lines of the car. All lines seem to go left - right, and the bottom part does not follow that.

As long as you like it of course

umm.. i am not sure i am 100% convinced, i liked the pictures from an angle, but squared on i can see PVRs point

I like it Rich and Mac, need to see in person I think to get the full effect though. Are you guys both happy with it? I'd consider doing it but don't want to go too non OEM, plus it's a lot of £££ for some plastic. Very tempted though!

Really pleased with it, you have to do quite a bit of re-shaping to get it to fit but def worthwhile.
