Z4 E85 2.5 SE rear shocks recommendations

Hi, another request for a recommendation. I have to replace the rear shock absorbers on my 2004 E85 2.5 SE and have seen adverts for Sachs units and Bilstein B4 units, can anyone recommend which one, the Sachs seem to be available at a lower price but I guess there must be a reason for this.

I used Sachs

No complaints at all

Bilstens may be supported by others on here- mine isn’t a daily driver so may be worth looking at others views

Thanks for the response. I have just seen a great online offer for Monroe G1136 rear shocks (not suitable for sports suspension though), has anyone used these and can give an opinion ??

Their listed as aceparts_uk on ebay, I have just purchased two for £41 each including shipping

I have just had fitted b4s on front and have the rears waiting to go on I am more than happy i had new springs and tie rods also so they will have also helped the feel,,mine is a daily driver.
