z4 driver window no longer goes all the way up?

I postponed fixing the little window problem where u can lift the back of your window for a while and it eventutally fell into the window sill. So i rushed over to the forum and pulled out the door trim to fix it up. After putting it back together, i realised that the window doesnt go all the way up and leaves a little gap near the tweeters. I have tried the window reset process and it still doesnt reach. Is there a place to re-adjust the height of the window stopping inside the door? if so, pictures?

Surely this would be adjusted when you clamp the glass into the carrier inside the door, especially as you indicate it has fallen out of that track?? Sounds like it needed to be slid further forward.
