Z4 day..

Went out to watch a bit of clubman racing yesterday, over the Derbyshire dales, Buxton,Ashbourne and Lichfield ..the A515 is a great road..

Must have seen 8/10 Z's in various models on the road .. I gave everyone a wave and a flash( lights of course) ..

Not one recieved back, miserable bunch of twunts..

I stopped acknowledging other zeds a long time ago, proper grumpy Gits!
Although a coupe driver acknowledged me the other week to my surprise!

Even when I see modified ones they still act like elitist bastards!

Ha ha!!

Yea I rarely see another Z out and about but with it being a lovely day it brought a lot out..

There was even another Z4M albeit a roadster and it left before I could say hello.. I was in the pits for a while though trying to get my friends suspension sorted

Not sure they're acting like elitist bastards, probably just surprised that you flashed them, then they have to take a moment to work out why you flashed, and then by the time they've considered you're saying hello to a fellow Z driver the moment has passed and you've already driven by. The Z4 is hardly a rare car, I see quite a few of them but have never received a wave or flash as far as I can recall. I've seen this same thread on quite a few forums and the answers are always the same, people don't tend to flash and wave strangers. :roll:

Oh no I've been parked in a carpark near to a modified zed and he just kept frowning at me etc.
There's a few z4s near me but mainly 2.0s driven by women.

I came from the aircooled vw scene, no scene more friendly! Always get a wave etc.
Even when I had my corsa modified I got better reactions!
