I have recently purchased a Z4 Coupe 3.0si SE and have over the last couple of days found that water is leaking from underneath the car toward the centre. Has anybody come across this fault? I thought that it could be condensate from the A/C but have stopped using this and it still leaks. All other fluid levels are normal and it is definitiely clear and doesnt smell.

welcome- have u head light washers? if so open acess hatch in wheel arch and look at the pipes to see they are seated correctly, could also be the thermostat failing.
