z4 coupe suspension

need to refresh my suspension on 08 z4 coupe, have stock setup at the moment, not using it for track days just daily driver, a bit lower than stock and adjustable rebound would be good, been looking at koni and blistein any ideas or link to this if all ready asked, (well i guess its been asked a millions times)also bushes oem or poly or a mix of both for good road handling

i'd like to get adjustable coilovers on mine at some point.
Recently fitted new bottom arms and bushes, drop links and some Powerflex antiroll bar bushes.....felt much better afterwards
