89k miles with fully stamped up service book, last serviced 82k, Inspection 2.

I've owned him for little over a year. I'm only selling because my other half just doesn't find him comfy on longer journeys - aaaaaaaw! I've already bought a Jaguar XKR and I can't justify keeping Nigel too. I will be quite upset to see him drive off.

When I bought him I looked for a good local specialist to have him fully checked over. Walkers Autotech stood out so I had them crawl all over him - the full report will come with the car.

Rear tyres are fairly new Yokahamas, fronts are Avons which the MOT flagged as needing replacing soon.

Had the gearbox oil renewed as seemed sensible with the mileage. Had 4 wheel alignment optimised at the same time.

Drives really well and is in overall excellent condition, bar the odd little mark and one scratch to speak of just behind NS headlight (does not detract at all).

I have braced myself for interrogation...

Oops, forgot price - £8200.

Cheers, Mike

First of all, I think it looks very nice!

But, as requested, here comes the Spanish Inquisition... :P

Most of the items listed are standard build items for that model, not buyer-configurable options, off the top of my head the options are (although lesser models would have had to pay for them as optional extras):

I'm interested in this, more miles than I was after, was looking at sub 65k but if its been maintained well I guess 80k+ miles should not be anything to worry about.

I guess I'm bound to say he's been looked after but I think you can just tell. He was the third one I looked at. The engine just sounded smoother and tighter than the others and he just looked nice and straight. Interior's very good too - even the cupholders work!

Have added price - forgot...

Nice Coupe, love Montego blue and the contrasting interior.

Cruise control, heated seats, and Xenons are all desirable options. It doesn't have sat nav, which is currently seen as a plus by most on here.

This is a really well specced car, which I'm sure won't be hard to sell

Sure - will do when I get home. From memory, all that needed attention was a slight weep from the oil filter, which they replaced plus some future advisories but all good.

Well first off welcome to the forum Mike.

Shame you joined as you are leaving so to speak - we need more Montego Blue Coupes with contrasting interiors on here. Even if I may be slightly biased!

Anyway good luck with your sale - hopefully to a forum member.

Thanks! Have decided I really don't want to sell it, the right offer might twist my arm but I took him out last night and he felt great - first dry, crisp day for a while and forgot how good these feel in the twisties if set up right. And the motor sounds so sweeeeeet. The XKR is a very different beast - feels a lot bigger and heavier, more of a bit GT brute than a sports car. What have I done??? Nothing yet...

The sales section is for members who will sell at the asking price or lower, you need to decide if its for sale at the asking price or not as it sounds like you've change your mind? I don't blame you - its a lovely Zed

Hi Marlon, I'm sure you know how it is - you listen to the misses, you decide to sell, you take it for a drive, you decide to keep. I'm very much in 2 minds, but he's still for sale at the asking price.

Okay, sounds like you're back on track to sell at the asking price - the ad stays  GLWTS

OP, make sure you don't make the same mistake I did!

I took my 1st one for a last drive the day after a forum member had come to view it. Then that evening he phoned me to say he would have it and paid a deposit online. But after that "last" drive I was gutted - I wanted to keep it!

Which is why I'm on my 2nd.

You're not making this any easier! I'll be back, as they say. Meanwhile, I'll just have to ride that gut sinking feeling whenever I see on eon the road - easily the best looking coupe for the money on the road.
