z4 coupe height

this may sound stupid but if a standar z 4 Coupe not been lovered or anything had 18 inch alloys would the overall height of the car be higher than if it had 17 Inch alloys ?
 
it really depends on the profile,,, normaly if you go up a rim size you go down a profile size,, dont know z4 sizes but for example 235x45x17,, up to 18 inch would be 235x40x18.....

You would see a slight difference based on tyre size

If you were running low profiles on 16s, it would sit noticably lower than 18s.

But on similar profile 17s and 18s you shouldn't see much of a difference
