Z4 Coupe Fault code

Hello knowledgeable-ones!

Sat in the Z4C this morning, turned the key, and it had the yellow engine management light on.
See code that came up on the reader...
However, jumped in tonight and its gone off before i could reset it (reset the fault with the reader tonight)

Any ideas where to start? Jump in and change the sensor? Something else that could cause timing to be knocked?

Typically the vanos solenoids on the front of the engine. Very simple and cheap fix, try cleaning them with carb cleaner first.
