Sensible offers considered

You may struggle as you've clearly only joined to sell your car, haven't even introduced yourself and obviously have no intentions to participate in this forum.
GLWS.

All non ///M coupes are "Si"

Has it got TV, privacy Glass, Electric Folding & Dimming Mirrors?

Thanks for the replies.

I have only joined to sell my car correct. I thought I might find people keen for these rare cars here. I hope a genuine buyer wouldn't be put off by this fact.

Please note the coupes come on both an si sport, and si se, such as this:
http://www.stephen-hannahcars.co.uk/used-cars/bmw-z4-3-0-si-se-2dr-east-kilbride-201704114326250?at_source=autotrader&at_medium=unknown&at_campaign=website-visit

Notice the non sports seats, non m steering wheel and a few other subtle differences.

The car has privacy glass, but no tv or folding mirrors.

Thanks,

Dan

Hahaha! So what? The guys just trying to sell his car, not all people are forum people who like to chat to people they dont know. Some join just to buy, others to sell. Looks like a nice Coupe GLWTS

Most here don't join JUST to buy or sell, it's like an online club with help and advice, people exchanging ideas and showing the latest updates to their pride and joy, there are plenty of other places to buy and sell cars online if you have no interest in partaking in anything else.

Just my personal opinion, I have nothing against the o.p personally, but if people aren't "forum people then why come on a forum? Probably to avoid the fees that car sale sites charge, thus, I see it as using the advantages of the forum without giving anything back.

More people look at auto trader when looking for a car, and I'm sure any member of the forum would search there when looking anyway as its the biggest car sale site in the UK (I've bought 2 z4s there), if you just want to sell you can use auto trader without needing to come here at all.

The Si reference was regarding the advert as it makes out your selling an Si not an SE which isn't the case.

It confuses many, so clarifying that it is a Sport not an SE was my intention because as I said they are all Si.

Thanks for all the replies.

I have it listed on autotrader, pistonheads and ebay.
paid all the fees but can't seem to find a buyer.

Thought it was a good price based on others available.

Cheers

Personally I've no issue with people joining just to sell their car. However, it's a double edged sword - they gain access to a community of Zed enthusiast for free but they are then subject to examination by knowledgable owners.
Many fail the examination either due to a defensive attitude or lack of knowledge (or both) - those that survive often win over the critics and sometimes sell.

Looks like a nice car.
I don't have a problem with new members just joining to sell stuff especially if its sought after, really good nick or one of a kind.
This discussion seems to come up a lot on here, is there no way in the future that new members have to wait a certain amount of time before gaining access to the for sale section? I don't mean just an agreement that they are not allowed to but a physical block.
This wouldn't stop people joining to sell but they would need to know say a month in advance that they were going to sell.

People come to forums to buy cars as they can see some of the history of the car, a simple search will show any issues the owner has posted, aswell as positives in terms how they have maintained it. In some cases you will also have some insight into the type of person they are buying from.

A one post newbie popping in to sell his car offers none of this.

You have the price set about right, just hold out if the right person views and wants a low mileage coupe in good condition I'm sure you will get close to the asking price.
I paid that for mine last November, 2008, 3.0si coupe, montego blue, 38,000 miles fully loaded, FSH in excellent condition.

Thanks. I thought so.

I have actually reduced now on autotrader to 12250!
Going to hold it there for a while.

I think its a real bargain at that. It's an epic car!

Cheers
