Nothing terribly exciting but not everyday you see a modern day 911 and Fairlady Z432 on track together. Afterwards had few drivers asking how I liked the M coupe, which is then followed by a :-o when I tell them it's a 3.0.

Be sure to watch in 1080p! =)

Thanks fellas. Exhaust sounds awesome at lower (around town) and upper rev range (track) but can get little tiring during the mid ranging (highway cruising). I may swap for someththing quieter but should also give a deeper tone. If you check my other videos you can see how it sounds on start up, has a really nice deep growl.

I haven't done any research but surely there must be a reasonably priced valved controlled exhaust system out there similar to Porsche for the zeds

For BMW's yes but the E85/86 non-m... unlikely, not enough demand.

Dynomax offers a muffler with a built-in valve but all the long term reviews suggest the valve breaks over time, leading to a rattling sound over time.

Feels like ages since I've been on track but first event of 2017 at historic Lime Rock Park

Managed to get the car sorted in time for my first time trial event. My transponder wasn't working so they grid me in the back and I had to work my way I up.

Eventually found a clearing and managed to put down a clean lap of 1:19.5 which was good enough for first in my class.
