Perry - as she's most likely German, she probably has excess of hair around the armpits. Much like the bear. Very appealing for the trichophiliacs amongst us..... ;)

Count me in. I can collect/drop off around Swindon, London, Lichfield or Birmingham. Swindon preferred. This is a great idea :-)

Has everybody put their location on the map? It may be worth a brave/bored person trying to do a dot-to-dot to work out a rough journey plan?
 
It looks like I am going for a long one as it would be good to have photos at John o Groats, Lands End as well as everything inbetween.

My son wants to come so bear maybe looking out the rear window with a just giving banner. That said I think the offer to come was based on the bear and as soon as the reality of a couple of days in the car sinks in the bear will again have a front seat! :D

Straight after all this crappy weather we're all itching to get out and start enjoying the road trips again.I'm up for Groats and Dunnet Head as I have family in Thurso that I visit regularly but let me know what your thoughts are for Zedward.We're blessed with so many places to go with great roads getting there that it's hard to decide a route without some thought and planning.

i think when the time comes peeps can just look on the map and contact people nearby and arrange swap overs

There is no route, he's just going where he goes but perhaps trying to head in a general direction.
However, I'm happy to stump up a prize for the most unusual/special place people can get him to and photograph him before posting it in his dedicated thread.
 
Hi Highlander, you can do the far North if that suits and then we can meet and I can take to the East coast and down to Edinburgh. I have family in the Black Isle so a handover from you on your way South and I can go East would make sense.

Need to get meifecosse or someone else to take it down to paulgs1000 or someone else in the Newcastle area. If it comes to it then I have friends in Newcastle.

I too need to go for a proper run. Just short ones to Inverness and Stirling recently and getting fidgety. :driving:

When we have dates given for the start we can start to sort. :thumbsup:
