z4 built waiting shipment/delivery....

Hi guys, question for everyone who’s factory ordered a car, my car is currently built and has been passed to the transport company... does anyone know how long it now takes to reach UK soil... where is the shipped from/to, I am in the North East so maybe Tyne mouth or Grimsby etc?

I keep harassing my sales guy so don’t want to annoy him too much more lol

AUDI knew exactly when my car was going into production, when it would arrive in the UK and when it would be ready, so am sure BMW know exactly where it is as well.

If the Sales guy is making you feel you're harassing him, then that's pretty poor show. Most should appreciate you'll be chomping at the bit to get yr new Z befor the summer goes, so ask him WHY he can't find out but moreover WHEN he can give you an answer. If he still can't help you, ask for someone who can, as most Sales guys know it's in their interest to help as you'll tell everyone your experiences... so tell me, what BMW dealership is it?

Oh... and if he gets funny mention your discussing your experiences on a BMW forum & see if that gets his attention, otherwise vote with your feet...
 
At a guess,2 weeks or so, waiting is the hardest part...and the night before is horrendous :thumbsup:
 
Hi guys, I kept harassing the dealer... and its due for collection on Thursday...cant wait now, lets hope for a hot Weekend :thumbsup:
