Z4 brand new clutch and fly wheel

BMW Z4 3.0i si LuK Dual Mass Flywheel & Clutch Kit 265 03/2006

I ordered this last week by mistake company won't give me a refund as they say it's my fault.

I paid 400 so open to offers. Clutch and fly wheel are brand new boxed never used. Brand is luk

I am told this kit is for z4s made 2006 onwards I brought it for a 2003 modal. Telephone number is 07540828106 if you need any pictures.
 
If you ordered online then they will have to accept a return with no reason, having been notified within 14 days. If you want to pursue this drop me a pm.
 
I reckon this is something you'll find hard to shift on here, not often required from what I've seen. As Steve says, there's no reason the company concerned shouldn't offer you a refund, distance selling laws and all that.
 
I would suggest it's partly their fault as it clearly says 3.0i (si) to me, that looks as if it woukd fit both derivatives.
