After being woken up at 4 0'clock this morning by one of my cats throwing up I looked out of the window & realised it was going to be a fantastic start to the day. Couldn't resist going for a drive so picked up the camera & headed to Avebury & Silbury Hill. Dawn over the stone circle was just beautiful with all the birds singing & rabbits running around. Then off to Silbury Hill where there is a pretty car park to take some photos of the Zed.

You are in a beautiful part of the world and those are great pictures :thumbsup:
I used to work at the Great Western Hospital and had a weekly clinic in Marlborough. When the weather was good I used to take the long way back to the GWH through Avebury.
 
Thanks for sharing, first shot with the sun coming through the trees is lvoely :thumbsup:
