Z4 alarm and bracket

The Z4 is pre-wired for the alarm, but since I have sold my Z4 Coupe, and never got round to installing it, I am putting up for sale the alarm/siren unit and the mounting bracket. They are extremely rare now - I believe they have been discontinued - and I bought mine from the US.

Hopefully that will be useful for someone.

But sadly according to my BMW brochure all UK facelift Z4s had the alarm as standard, so you probably need to find a non-UK owner!

Mine definitely has it - as I found out a few weeks ago when I started jacking it up to change the wheels. :lol:

Alarm was standard on all E85/6 in the UK.

The retrofit kit with siren is NLA.

The switch & bracket are still available, but will set you back £50 (switch is now £40...was £18 when I replaced mine a few years back).

Is that a complete alarm kit from BMW,new? Everything needed to install in a 2006 z4mr?If so looking to ship to Erie,Pa 16510 USA.

Sorry for the late reply, thought I had notifications activated but apparently not.

The parts are the siren/alarm unit and the mounting bracket. A full kit would also entail the bonnet switch, which I wasn’t bothered with.

Will post the parts number shortly.
