Z4 Airbag Module Needed 65776948087

Hi I took the right side module out and it seems to be fine no corrosion. Do you have a left side module part no 65776948087? It’s £400 on the internet for a new one :o
That batch of numbers is proving to be very hard to locate. I think I now have 5 names of people needing them! As I said above, any of those in the list I posted will do. Don’t think new is an option any more. Used should be £60-£80 IF you can find one.
I’ll keep my eyes peeled too

I will be receiving a '8571' in the next few days.
That would work in yours if you don't find another before then.

Bit far to Norfolk for you I know. Depends on how much you're being quoted to code it to your car.
In my experience a lot of garages say they can do it but don't understand what is needed and give up.
For example, a well-known BMW specialist near Norwich quoted a girl £1100 to supply and fit a centre module. When asked, they didn't know what software was needed. I managed to help her, after sourcing a good module from one of the forum gang, and her outlay was around £100 total.

A few options for you. Maybe ask and see if anyone nearer to you can code them?
This is exactly the trouble I am having at the moment :headbang: Can't seem to find a single garage willing to take on coding my dsc module. They all state they can't help with an e series platform. Really?!
How nice to meet another friendly forum member today. I was able to supply, fit and code an SBSR, which got rid of that pesky airbag light (bring on the MOTs 8) ). Also managed to update the replacement DSC module with the correct VIN. Never done that before but it turned out to be a 5 minute job. Honestly cannot believe a garage couldn't do it. Even an IT luddite like me worked it out.
Pinto ([ref]Mr_E85Bim[/ref]), it was great to meet you at last.

The pleasure was all mine @enuff_zed! I will make sure to pass by next time we are up your way. Thanks again for helping me sort that pesky red light! Loved not seeing that red airbag light on my way home! :driving:

I found someone is Kansas that has these if any good to anyone?

Please can I join the waiting list for the left B-Pillar 65 77 6928571 SRS modules, my Zed is also off the road due to SRS light MOT issues.

Strange there are loads of drivers side modules on eBay, but left are like rocking horse poop. The nearside must be a lot more likely to leak.

Thanks!

Hi, I've got hold of an SRS module & a lead to plug my Windows 11 laptop into my 2003 Z4, anyone know where I can download BMW INPA software?

Thanks

Just check that your guy is happy with the procedure, including the fact it is a different part number.

This is the full procedure:
