I have some red coloured concentrate long life coolant OAT (organic acid technology) to BS 6580, so is this any good?

I think BMW coolant only comes in 1.5 litres. I may have lost more than that because the low coolant sign came up on, on stop/starting.
I think on last checking the level I did not tighten the cap enough. The thread gets stiff last couple of turns and found now that it appears to 'click' when fully tight.
So needed to add water on the road, not sure how much but now the strength will be less than 50/50 for sure.

I see Comma do an approved BMW coolant but not OAT long life, so assume it never had long life when new.
BMW coolant is for life, hence nothing in service schedule about changing.
