Deposit Taken  I’ll be a bit sad to see this one go, in the colour I’ve always wanted and drives brilliantly, but, an Alpina is an Alpina :D

£6600 is firm, non-negotiable and very realistic price . I’ll be taking a hit, but I really need the garage space! Technically do have enough room, but hate car juggling.

Rare colour combination, Nachtblau really is a beautiful colour.

I’m sure most will know, but only 963 3.0Si roadsters Sold, of which only only 63 in NachtBlau - Only 3 autos with pearl Grey leather and aluminium dash.

HPI clear.

Work in my ownership during 2023:

New Sachs Shock absorbers, new Eibach Springs, new lemforder top mounts, new spring plates, new rubber spring seats and new bump stops.
Seats refurbished with colour matched furniture clinic kit and in excellent condition
Interior deep cleaned while seats removed
Roof cleaned - fabric looks excellent now
Steering wheel properly cleaned and looks fantastic, treated with Gtechiq leather guard
Engine bay detailed
Paintwork decontaminated followed by a two stage paint correction
Visit from Voodoo dents - so no ‘dints’ in bodywork

Edit - brand new front bumper grill received from BMW, which will be supplied with car so new owners can be remove DRL’s

Prior to my ownership;

Extensive folder of previous work including a comprehensive schedule of preventative maintenance at RBM Hampshire costing £1156.98 on 10/06/2022 at 78,600 miles - inspection 2 / auto gearbox service / brake fluid change / differential oil change / Both Vanos solenoids replaced.

New water pump in 2019 at circa 50K miles (invoice)
Cam cover gasket replaced at 81,182 miles (invoice)

Serviced at 10,492 miles, 25,435 miles, 33,736 miles, 43,909 miles, 48,578 miles, 61,252 miles, 70,000 miles and most recently at RBM on 78,600 miles. Car is currently on 83,xxx (will update tomorrow with accurate mileage)

Big folder of receipts, BMW book pack and two fully working keys

Roof motor relocated into the boot.

Disc and pads have plenty of life left, tires are premium - PS4’s front and PS5’s rear, with excellent tread depth. Car requires Zero spend.

Extra’s

Upgraded Audio system - Discrete install with amp and JBL component speakers - sounds very good compared to BMW audio, and powerful enough to enjoy music with the roof down.
‘Blu-music’ module for streaming from phone
Front and rear Dash cams
Gap tech roof module - raise and lower roof remotely from key fob
Led boot lighting - discretely installed on the underneath of the roof tray.

Factory Specification includes:

Automatic gearbox with paddle shift - very smooth changes, recently serviced by RBM
Electric heated Msport seats
Xenon headlights
Climate control - blows ice cold
Wind deflector
Rain sensing wipers
Cruise control
Rear parking sensors
Multi function Msport steering wheel
Working cup holders
Bluetooth phone kit - professional

The car drives brilliantly, the box is excellent (very smooth changes) and really suits the car - it’s a hoot to drive when you want to ‘press on’ and smooth as silk for a relaxing potter.

Bodywork is excellent , but not perfect; scuff on rear bumper and scrape on lower front bumper (passenger side) - if I was keeping the car I’d get them done, but I have factored this into my asking price.

Location is Bitton, Bristol

Any questions ask away.

EDIT - better photos to show colour…

This gives a better idea of the colour, but was taken before paint correction;

I’ll try and get some better photos today, but it’s like a deep purply-blacky-blue pearl

Thanks both, it’ll make someone very happy… but I have an Alpina shaped object inbound and I can’t keep both as I don’t have the space.

It’s Alan’s fault (@Number5)… been following his lovely Alpina across the countryside too much lately 8)

Belter of a zed at a great price. GLWTS, not that you are going to need it

I've seen this Zed on a recent car meet and with Martin's meticulous attention to detail, anyone buying this won't be disappointed...

GLWTS Martin!
ps: You could at least clean it before taking photos!

Thanks all,

Updated opening post as forgot to add the car had new waterpump at circa 50k miles in 2019, and the Cam cover gasket was replaced at 81k miles… so even less for new owner to worry about.

There are also bills for lower front suspension arms, wishbone bushes etc - Basically a sorted little car

Opening post updated with photos that show the colour better. Hard colour to catch in photo’s

That's a good price even before you factor in all the maintenance and restoration work you have put in. GLWS.
