Hello
Here we've got the Eisenmann quad backbox that I took off my E86 (non-M). It's the race version, which actually isn't as loud as people may think. It's definitely quieter than the custom backbox I've fitted on. I do have a sound clip from the previous owner that I can send on WhatsApp.
Overall it's in decent condition, I started to clean it up with some petrol and a dish sponge, but got bored half way through, so voila!
I do believe it's had some welding done to one of the hangers, as pictured.
It would polish up really nicely if someone gave it some effort; but at the same time, it sits under the car out of sight, out of mind, so it's really up to the buyer if they fancy it.
I believe it was manufactured in 2011, judging by the FW 46/11 (week 46, 2011 I think), but as you can see, it's a testament to the quality of an Eisenmann product given it's still in the condition it's in - especially the tips.
There is some plastic on the crossover pipe, again I think this should come off, but also sits behind the bumper where you won't see it. I think this happened because one of the rubber hangers had collapsed so it was resting against the bumper itself.
Given the price of these new, I'm looking for £650, and am willing to listen to reasonable offers.
I've also got the Z4M rear bumper in Sapphire Black, and would be happy to do a deal on both
Cheers.
Sam
