Z4 3.0 wanted

Hi I'm new to the forum and the world of z's.
I've decided to take the plunge and start looking for one to buy.
I'm looking for a 3.0 manual and my budget is £4000. I know I might struggle at that money but I'm not in any rush.
There does seem to be a steady stream of cars up for sale every day :thumbsup:
I'm in West Yorkshire .
Is there a recommended hpi check to use and also I've ready somewhere that it's a good idea to take a code reader with me to view, any recommendations which one to buy?
But of a long shot but I could px a 2014 beta 300 Enduro bike if anyone is after one :D I have cash waiting for the right car either way though.

Welcome to the forum, cars are always coming up for sale on here, worth asking about a PX, don't ask, you don't get, as my old mum used to say. Most forum cars are looked after.
Quite a few members in Yorkshire, you could ask if anyone close to you, would take you for a spin, get a better feel for them.
When you do get one, post some photo's, we like photo's :thumbsup:
 
Welcome Jobes , £4k should see you into a Z4 no problem , its up to you to find a decent one which there are many both online & on the forum .
If you come across any possibles feel free to offer them up as there is much knowledge to tap into here that could possibly save you £ & potential hassle :thumbsup:

As you aren't in a rush I am sure you will find a manual 3litre in your budget, and as someone said plenty get advertised on here. Personally I'd prefer a car from a Forum member as they tend to be enthusiasts.

Good luck with the search - oh, and don't forget the photos. :lol:
 
I am in Barnsley and have a 2005 3.0 roadster.Sorry its not for sale but would happily take you for a spin and a chat about possible issues as suggested above.
I also looked at a few dogs before making a purchase on my sons :thumbsup:
