There seem to be a fair amount of cheaper Z4c's on ebay currently, prices started to drop on these?

Both seem fairly cheap compared to the others, am i missing anything?

The first one looks like a scam ? New seller, <40k miles and <£7k ?

I was thinking that, photos are not great either.....could just be someone who doesn't realise the value in the car though....

True but there have been a few of these posted recently (and over time). Also, the reference in the ad to contact via email - is that also one of the tell-tale signs ?

it could well be a scam, just curious as values have always seemed fairly solid but these two make it look like the market is softening...

Private sale alluring Stratus grey ZC 80k £7995 ask
Nose cone looks like its been off but that's not surprising at 9yrs old
Looks a tidy prospect at a reasonable ask ? Get on the doorstep with £7500 in used notes & you could be onto a winner

This dealer must be wondering what he's done to be stuck with this ZC so long :? was closer to £10k when he kicked off & pretty sure it was traded off a forum member 6 months ago ? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2007-57-BMW-Z4-3-0si-Sport-Coupe-BMW-Independent-Service-History-/172369635913?hash=item282207ea49:g:c44AAOSwU-pXvNgA

He should put the original gear lever on. Puts people off, that and the mileage.

To be fair he probably doesn't have the original gear knob, and being on here that wouldn't bother me!

Looks like a good deal for someone (love those wheels) but I had already bought my Montego Blue Coupe before this one appeared!

Is it just me or is there a bit of a regional variance on used car prices? They always seem to be a bit higher in the South East. :(

I guess Portsmouth is in the south east too... £16k, no nav (from my glance at the pics).

Seems a pretty stagnant marketplace right now for the E86
There are always limited numbers around for buyers but a scan on the usual selling sites reveals 2 seemingly faultless reasonable miles forum members cars still available after at least 3 months in one case :(
Both sub £10k but either too pricey or low demand ?

Yup. I'm after a nice auto and will buy on condition rather than mileage. But needs to be priced properly and comfortably lower than the //M models IMHO.

Agree things look a bit stagnant for E86s at the moment.

Saw this one earlier, which would have been really tempting if I didn't already have one!

I know it is an SE, but the crucial bit for me would be it has Sport seats (plus piano black dash, pdc and the MFSW, even if the dealer doesn't know this)!

Hopefully it is just a quiet spell and they shoot up next year!

That,s a nice spec & on Se will ride well , just upsize the alloys & that would make a nice buy
I previously bought a Alfa Brera from the same dealer & found them very good
