Just a quick update, I bought the car and just got home with it. Love it so far. I'll post a proper introduction in the forum.

Thanks for all the replies. :)

Nice move , don't rule it out of being a forum car , it looks very like one up for sale a good few months last year (July / Oct)
Silver with the blue is pretty rare + the 78k miles does ring bells but trawling back i can't find the sellers post :? think he originally wanted around £10k but had no interest from the forum
Anyhow welcome to the world of Zs , great cars & sure you will enjoy :driving:

I picked it up for £8.5k. And I managed to get them to brim the tank for me :) I've just posted a proper introduction.

ye I love mine, it doesnt cost too much to run in fact id put it on par with my old cliosport, but in 3 years only thing other then service/tyres and cosmetic stuff as im fussy has been

70 quid hid ballast - 1 month into owning car
400 for abs module - 2 years into owning
hid bulb - pair for 60 quid or somet - few month ago

Also for me that colour leather is a bonus

Good to know. I do expect it to be more than the 320cd, but hopefully nowhere near as bad as my old 964!!

Does anybody know this car.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2007-BMW-Z4-Coupe-3-0si-Sport-VERY-LOW-MILEAGE-/262834925130

Great spec but the seller has no service history with the car.

Pretty confident that car was @ BCA auction in preston on the 2nd Jan 2017,when i bought my E92.

It was in the webuyanycar lineup - or one exactly the same with KUF at the end of the reg,

Miles checks out though on the MOT database.

Seller told me that he was given the car for free after a death in family and the family couldn't find the history..
Sounds a bit dodgy if what you say is true.
Is there any way of getting the service history through BMW.

Rapidly turning into a "shitty football" this one  it reached £9100 in the last auction yet here it is again relisted by same seller  http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2007-BMW-Z4-Coupe-3-0si-Sport-VERY-LOW-MILEAGE-/262854704999?hash=item3d335c7f67:g:49YAAOSw4DJYk41d

This time it's a Category D which wasn't stated in the first listing.

:? :?

Previous winning bidder must have carried out some checks I guess.

Have been in Australia for almost 6 months now (all over) and STILL haven't seen ANY z4 coupes!

On the lookout again guys for a Z4C - keep me posted if one comes up. On a sidenote, avoid a Ruby Black Z4C on the reg 'HN08 GHG' if you ever see it for sale anywhere - the headlights have been changed from xenon to halogen - poor wiring job to go with it too.

This could be a good one...especially with the burgundy leather interior (wow) - shame there isn't more info and pictures.

Had seen that one myself, looks stunning with the burgundy leather. Very sparse on details too - taking photos outside a crown court wouldn't be my first choice when selling a car :D :D

Amarone interior on grey paint is stunning , shame the CSL reps look goosed & 18s as they let the car down on both fronts

Bit optimistic on price for a private sale, even at that mileage:

Last two posts are interesting!

Love that "Burgundy" (isn't it Amarone in BMW speak) trim on the one Mr Wilks has highlighted.

Personally I'd never pay £17K for a 3 litre E86 (especially an auto) however low the miles may be - for that money I would be after an M! But each to their own!

Anyway I know which I expect to sell first.

When can I import that one??

Odd thing too: Autos typically cost more than manual when buying new. But at least with BMW, used manuals are more desirable than auto, and thus command a slight premium. At least here in the states. I am sure y'all have see this as well.

This looks like a good deal - I would have bought it if it had been for sale last May!

Nice spec with 2 keys, MFSW, pdc, CD-changer, Xenons and folding mirrors - plus a wonderful colour combination (well IMHO).

Just thought I would add this one to the mix!! :fuelfire:

Yeah i really like this one and might try and arrange a viewing soon. Shame its missing cruise and heated seats. Seems the airbag deactivation is really rare too as id quite like that.

I've been keeping an eye on it too, its been for sale for a while and i think it started off around £9500. I was tempted but I'm quite keen to find some gadgets!

I actually went to view this one when I was in the market, bodywork and interior is very clean. Feel free to PM me if you're planning to view it.
