sorry should have said the problem when driving at 40-50 mph water temp about 80-90 deg on motorway about 70-80 MPH ABOUT 135DEG

Hi, they must mean the oil temperature as the 20i doesn’t have a water temperature gauge? Should be a quick fix hopefully :thumbsup:

no i was sure it was water temp what a numbskull first actuall sports for a long time anyway new thermo being fitted in morning
