Z4 2004 m sport springs

Hi, suspension on my z4 3.0i 2004 needs a refresh. I have a few questions if anyone has the experience.
I have the m sport springs.

Question 1. Are the 3.0i m sport springs (2004) the same as 3.0si m sport (2006)? I ask because I have seen a set which looks in good nick and I want to stay with the original m sport springs.

Question 2. Thinking about Bilstein B4 shocks. I hear they are the equivalent of the m sport shocks. Recommended?

Can’t help with the springs as I replaced mine with Eibach.

B4s are great, just replaced mine and the difference is night and day. That said, my shocks were original and 16 years old
