I believe you do. It's quite easy bolts underneath the bumper and then in the wheel arches. It then pulls off and you will see the screws for the headlight. They are torx bits I think.
Afraid so. It isn't so difficult though, there are quite a few threads on here which cover it in well. Bit in essence .... Undo the screws that hold all of the mud shields onto the bumper. The nuts on the cross member then where the bumper attaches to the wing - needs a firm pull. Put something soft in front of the bumper as it will drop when you do the last steps.
