Z4 2003 - AC blowing only really Hot Air

Dear Team,

I am looking for you advice with my below problem .

I have a z4 2003 model and my AC blowing only really Hot Air only. I have already check the compresor and gas and everything is ok , the pipes in the engine room it is really cold but nothing inside.

Anyone have any similar issue ?

What have you done to check the gas?

A regas is maybe the only way to do it. My newly acquired Z4 had the same problem and there was only approx 100g of gas in the system, way under what there should be.

After the regas mine is now icy cold
