Morning all,

Could one of the 2.0 owners tell me what the next service would be for a 2.0?

The car was last serviced 11 months ago and has done 6 k since them, I'd assume it's next service is imminent - is this correct?

I would RTM but don't have access at the moment...

When you switch the ignition on it should say what service is next and a mileage counter. Oil Service, Inspection 1/2 etc.

Condition based service so it's not possible to say what the next service is without any more info.
 
Its currently showing 9000 miles to next service but surely it will need a service before then if its been a year since the last one?

Dash interval or two years normally. Failing that why not just read the service book!!

Depending on your driving its between 15-20k per service. I believe its Oil Service -> Inspection I -> Oil Service -> Inspection II -> Oil Service -> Inspection I etc.

My 2.0 had an oil service last month at 48k, its now due an inspection II in 15,000 miles, so around the 60k mark. The Inspection 1 was done somewhere in the 32-33k mark.

As for costs, my oil service with pollen filter change was £208 at BMW in Exeter. They quoted me around £400 for an Inspection II when it is due.
 
But as everyone has said, your indicator when you turn the key will tell you what sort of service is due next and in how many miles. You can also push (I think) the S/R button and it will tell you the Month/Year when the brake fluid is due changing - every 2 years I believe.
