Z4 18" wheel ???

Hi, Our new Z4 has 18" rims that look like split rims, are they split rims? lots of torx bolts and need to re finish them.
 
Yes they are....just need the right 12-point (I think) torx driver. Just take care not to strip or damage the bolts as they are hard to replace.

I'm sure you realise they are not actually split rims per se; the 'star' is whats removable, leaving the actual rim intact.

Not quite the same as a Torx but as Lacroupade says its a 12 point Spline tool to remove the bolts. Fairly certain this is the one I got from E bay sometime ago:

If you do it yourself be careful and use an extension bar on the socket rather than a socket wrench to give you good leverage. I have a limited supply of new replacement bolts......... .
