Ps, house works are never completed & are similar to painting the Humber bridge imho

your not wrong Bear

I got very close to completing all house jobs but immediately sold the place & bought another (requiring more work)

I start on a Monday morning with " I think this weekend I'll sort................ on the car"
Add a mention every day or so.
By Friday it's "well hopefully I'll still have time to do that work on the car".
Then Saturday morning, jump out of bed really early with "right, let's get cracking on the job you needed doing! Hopefully I'll still have time to do the car as well!"
If I time it early enough I'm sent packing to "fix you're effin' car first! It's too effin' early".
Then, just as it's getting dark.................."Oh sorry darling, car dragged on a bit..........maybe next weekend?"
:D

Been meaning to give mine a machine polish for a couple weeks now but never got round to it, needs a couple of mechanical jobs doing too for which I'm waiting on some parts, front right ABS sensor is playing up and the driver side door handle is being replaced due to worn out sprockets. Also getting a bit of a squeak when turning left, which I'm suspecting is the poly ARB bushes that were installed when purchased.

 always said to this my Dad. He gets to the end and then starts over again. It's like groundhog day

I haven't touched the cars since baby arrived at the start of March. The hatchback has had a wash and that's it. My poor Z4 got a quick drive to the supermarket the other night and the windscreen was covered in dust and pollen. I dare not use the wipers for fear of scratching the windscreen :headbang:
