Z meet in Riverside June 8, 2008

You guys are killing me! I need a job transfer. It is really great to see some areas of the US really getting the Z's out in force for organized gatherings.

I don't know how organized this will be. I may have bitten off more than the 4 organizers can chew. :roll:

They do say the more the merrier. :!:

If anything goes wrong we'r egonna blame it on the organizers... :evil:

You just can't make everyone happy all the time.

We have this member that just so happens to have two Z's and what do they decide to do, bring both, just to inflate the numbers and give the organizers more to do. I'm just waiting for them to complain that they can't park together because the organizers are grouping the car by model. :roll:

Wonder who that could be....

, then again I didn't know that both of the Zs would be going-I'll convince him to go with one.

I think he'll be too distracted by all the Z's (especially Scott's Z8) to complain about parking next to me ....although I wouldn't be surprised if he wanted to get preferred parking next to him :lol:

This just keeps growing, there are 63 Z RSVP'ed at this point. There is still plenty of room. I will not be concerned untill we hit 100 or so. :wink:

EVENT TIMELINE

9:30 - Start time. Please be there on time so that we can segregate private parking lots for each of the different Z variants.

11:30 - 12:00 Group photos and caravan formation

12:00 - Caravan leaves for Event's Sports Grill

12:30 - ? Lunch at Event's Sports Grill. Car show, awards presentation and group photo

List the model of Z you are bringing to the museum meet, and whether you are going to the lunch. The museum event is limited to BMW Zs only, as is the car show parking at the Events lunch. Thanks

There is a group of Z's meeting up a bit deeper in San Diego. They will be meeting at 7:00 and leaving by 7:15 and then Caravaning to the meet point at the 15 and the 76 to meet up with the northern San Diego group arriving at 8:00 and leaving at 8:15 and then on to the Muzeum.

Here is a map of the location. There is a donut shop in the parking lot for those that would like some coffee.

TWO Z8's yup....you're right, he will need to spend his time wisely between the two
(He's already thinking ahead and would like to order a custom plate for when that day comes....which will be a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time lol, unless he goes through a mid-life crisis)

Btw, is the hot air balloons festival event in Temecula still happening? Can you give me some detailes about randevu time & locaiton?

Robyn and I will be at the 15 and Windchester road at 5:30 AM on Saturday. This is just north of Temecula. I'm not real sure what is right there. Have your radio on 5,0 and we can hook up that way. We will be leaving the house at 4:30 and Starbucks will not be open when we leave , so we will be looking for some coffee.

We're coming Mary's car on Saturday... Mine needs to rest and be emotionally prepare to meet all her buddy-buddys up in Riverside and I was thinking to give her a bath once we get back from the balloons festival.

I need to wash mine too! Unfortunately, I have been camping up in the Sierra's since Sunday! It is horrible roughing it like this! I took a break from the fishing, swimming, picture taking and hiking to rest a little in my air conditioned trailer with full hook ups and internet!
I'll be home Saturday so I should be able to squeeze in a quick bath for the bimmer!
