Following on from the post http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=63284 the Z is finally repaired and back in full health, it was Clutch slave as suspected which was replaced and the full system was flushed with new fluid, the gear change feels a lot better, much less notchyness (Is that even a word :lol: ) than before so it was obviously on it's way out when I bought her a couple of weeks back.
Cheap repair in the end, part plus a hours labour.
