Your christmas challenge was...?

OK, you,ve recovered from a hectic/boozy Christmas day so you are now authorised to reveal your toughest/weirdest challenge from the day itself.

I'll go first and I'll give you a prize (not really) if you can beat this.

Down at my folks place. Washed my car on the 23rd and said hello to the folks elderly lady neighbour as she was putting something in her bin. Nice enough old bird, top 80s but all fine, speaks to my olds a bit just so she can call on them if there was ever an emergency. So she knocks on the door at about 11am on Christmas day, I answered said hi and called my mum. The neighbour comes in and starts saying to mum she's got a bit of a personal matter to talk about and needs some help, says "its a bit personal" - cue me leaving them to it. Whilst walking away, I overhear the neighbour ask my mum whether she's squeamish - mum isn't. 20 secs later, mum calls me and the neighbour is pointing at a tooth that is waggling around in her mouth making it nigh on impossible to eat without hurting herself. Mum isn't squeamish but vollunteers me to pull the f**king thing out!

So we get her sat on a chair. Last time I pulled a tooth out it was my own when I was a kid. Anyway, I get a tissue and wrap it round her tooth, explain to her that it might hurt and will certainly bleed. Big tug and I can feel the roots ripping - yuk and apologies - but its not out yet. A second go and out it comes. Get her to bite on some rolled up tissue to stem the bleeding and I'm washing my hands like I've never done before!

I'm off to be sick, again, but perhaps you can try to top that in the meantime...can't wait to go home!

Stevo

I honestly don't think anyone can top that unless they had to work a tricky sh1t out of someone with a chop stick. Luckily I had a very 'normal' day

  that's awful......makes me having to pick up a rat from a neighbours house in a dish cloth whilst it screeched and wiggled, sound kinda boring!

Trying to get over the poxy Flu (failed)

Man flu or proper can't move get out of bed etc flu? I had proper flu a few times over xmas when I was younger, so always try and keep myself in tip top condition over the autum and winter months to stop myself being ill.

Well I'm over it all now!
Not sure I can ever look her in the eye again though, poor lovey.

Glad to hear it. Such a strange request. I would of got my tool box out and a set of pliers to get it out. I think I'd also have given her a few shots of something strong to help ease the pain. Good on you for helping though.

Reminds me of that gag, Angie:
How did the mathematician cure his constipation?
He worked it out with a pencil
Groan
Off to watch Bond

Reckon you deserve a medal for that Stevo, makes my challenge of refereeing my folks and the in-laws and generally managing to not blow my top at the in-laws sound a piece of cake.

I'd say proper been in bed for days, not eating and not been near my beloved M, that means I must be sick :x

I think Stevo's got this wrapped up; and even if someone has outdone him, nobody would even want to know now thanks to Angie's horrific "illustrative example".

Oh god...

OH feeling very poorly, together with one of our guests, I had to cook Christmas dinner - it's the third time I've cooked this year.
The real challenge was chewing my way through the dry turkey..... :(
