Interesting as the blues are definitely my least favourite colours. My 911 was midnight blue and I wouldn't choose it again, but equally I wouldn't turn down the right car because of the colour.

Space grey vs Silver grey in the light space grey has a tint of purple, whereas the silver grey is silver in hard light and grey in shadows this one sums how it looks'

- sure. Silver grey and space grey are very different from each other. I had never heard of a space grey M. I assumed that they were either silver grey or stratus grey. My mistake! :)

Choices of colours are very limited , big manufacturers don't have the individualistic colours available to small car companies.

Good to see both Interlagos blue and Saphire black doing well, not that i am biased, haha

Also good to see plenty votes for Sepang bronze and Imola ;like them also...so many good colours, thogh and hard to pick a fav,as i would have Original guvnors Midnt blue coupe or Ttomscotts SilverGrey coupe or any good Imola red or Silver roadster too(eg Sammy z's,etc),in an Instant

Yes, there's nothing like a freshly polished black car for depth of shine and reflection....

.....and yes the fence does need replacing :(

Black is awesome but those swirls would drive me insane!!! Did on my old car!

The silver grey hides everything, have to look really very hard in very hard light to see any discrepancies. But I do look after it

Thanks for the Midnight Blue compliments chaps

It really is a lovely colour but especially so in direct sunlight when you can see the flecks sparkling and changing its colour compared to dull days.

Over the Christmas break I shall be getting the Megs g220 out on it and if I can catch the sunlight (if we get any) I'll take a photograph of the car to show you what i mean.

Not photoshoped as such just some level adjustment. I was using strobes.

In the interests of fairness you should be made to take pics of all the colours like that. Very good shot.

Just a little update/bump...

Sapphire and Carbon black now drawing in fifth place rather than Ruby black. Alpine white has had a lot of votes recently, Interlagos blue still out there in front. Good old Phoenix yellow has had 2 more votes!
