You still here :?

Try again as a newbie & post ip some pics , we are a forgiving bunch & do like a pic or 2 8)

Yes Sherlock I'm still here

Site has a thread of useful stuff if you ignore the pretentious and the mundane

No pics and I never want to meet a single one of you ever

Drive out does look an excellent route tbh and I genuinely think it could be a good day.

Haha. Worst best forum member ever.

5d weather looks a tad damp this week, hopefully getting it out of the way for the weekend drive :driving:

No rain good for those with roofless option, Coupe drivers ok with sun or rain (oh no, I've poked a debate without meaning to!). Out of interest what's the split attending this weekends meet between tin roof vs canvas? Need a few pointers re back box.......

Well, Bilsteins are on and have had chance to settle.

Car feels absolutely sublime so looking forward to some proper 'testing' on Saturday before I post up a review on the forum. So glad I chose the B8s... Any of you thinking of suspension upgrades are welcome to have a drive or passenger ride on the day.

I hope you've ordered some nice weather Nova???

Weather isn't looking too bad at the moment. I'm sure it's going to be an awesome day. I'm off testing the route tomorrow, so I'll be driving it twice this week!

Very tempted! What with Christmas and the weather, it's been weeks since I've had a good run out. The route you've posted is my usual hoon too although I only go as far north as the Buttertubs Pass. The only thing is I'm down to minimum tread and won't have chance to get the new tyres on before Saturday so I'd be taking it very steady. And I was looking forward to a lay in haha. Hmmmmm.....

dont worry about tread mate, this isnt a race! and the pace will be ok! you can have a lie in any day! make sure you are there!

I'll try my best mate. Just remembered I've got the famous wobbly mirror thing going on, hopefully it'll be dry tomorrow and I can get it sorted. From a quick glance at topics on here it's just a case of glueing the glass back on.

Anyone driving up from Doncaster / Sheffield way?

Did a test drive of the route today.

Wouldn't you drop it when you change hands?

So scouting trip went well then? Nice pics, roads look great.

Hopefully we can make a few stops on our way round for pictures?

Looking forward to tomorrow. Might even try and give the car a wash beforehand. She is minging at the moment.

Yeah it went very well, and don't worry there will be a few stops. I've actually got today of work so I can give her a wash lol

Hope the roads won't be too busy but I'm guessing the time of year will work in our favour.

In the summer I find you have to be out at 6am to beat the tourists. All of these roads work best when you have them to yourself but the Grassington > Aysgarth one especially so.

A quick message to those who are coming tomorrow, irrespective of the weather there will be loads of us, this event has been posted on many car forums, across Audi TT owners, S2000 Owners, 350Z Owners and Z4 owners and there are plenty of people who, like me believe their cars still work in the rain (even with a soft top!) This event is about driving some amazing roads with stunning views with like minded people irrespective of the weather.

We can't wait to see you in Skipton!

Last minute double hitch from the midlands; man flu and flu meaning contagion for both of us     :headbang:

Wimping out sorry all
