Yet More Vandalism

This is by no means a fraction as bad a Beebubs situation; my heart goes out to him and his family.

My car was vandalised again, this time they kicked off my passenger wing mirror and threw fast food all over it.
This is the second time this has happened, there were 5 other cars parked in line behind me untouched so I'm begining to think it's personal or hating on my car.

I'm fed up of paying out for sh*t bags who think it's ok to do that kinda thing; now I need a new wing mirror and respray on the door, so if you know one going cheap, or have a spare...

... depressed :(

feel for you mate :-( bastards , cars can be repaired but it does make you wonder if its worth owning these things for sure.......

Grr this makes me so angry... what do they gain from damaging other peoples possessions? c*nts.

I must have missed Beedub's thread what happened? I did a search and cant find anything?

Toyed with the idea of getting a banger for all of 5 minutes, then the reason I got her in the first place just takes over; I work hard for my stuff, why can't I have nice stuff without someone abusing it.

I fell out with a friend of mine when I was 18 because he jumped on a mercedes bonnet purely out of spite because they had a brand new car. It was uncalled for and a nasty thing to do; we nearly came to blows over it. It's those nasty spiteful people like that who have nothing better to do than hate on other peoples success.

If I ever caught the f*cker that did it, sweet baby jesus they'd be in a world of trouble; then I'd find myself on the wrong side of the law and would be worse off for it, risking my job & my freedom.

What makes it worse is there's nothing we can do to protect ourselves from it. They say insurance is there for a reason, but no insurance company takes into considerations small claims like this; full excess for this is just not worth it and then it goes up next year, so you pay them in excess of £1000 every year just in case something happens and then £300 excess if it does even if the damage it only £200. You don't get anything back if it doesn't, they don't say "Well Mr Thompson you didn't need your insurance this year so here's half of it back, we'll keep the other half for ourselves" I'd rather they did that than pretend to lower your premiums every year.

Ok, I'm done...

Wtf is going on. Why do people think its ok to do this and to do what they did to Beedub? Words just fail me.

th30d0r3 - sorry to hear about this, very annoying. Where in Uxbridge is this? I sometimes go there so would like to know to avoid.

I know an excellent paint guy in the Hurst area, Berkshire, who I highly recommend, and he charges reasonably. If this area is any good for you, give me a shout.

Mate sorry to hear this :( I keep an eye out for you :) , why me and Gem moved to the countryside got fed up with muppets trashing stuff when we lived in town.

Keep your chin up you have a great looking zed , sadly thats why they have targeted it

I had my van windows smashed for no reason, i knows its not the zed but it still pi**ed me off having to drive to work -6 with no windows. The lad even came back a month later to do it again and i had another cold drive to work in the morning again. The most annoying thing about it all was he was caught and finally admitted to smashing my van windows which the police wrang me to update me. I asked the police if he would be paying for the windows on my van which she chuckled to and said " i dont think so, he has no money". Even if the scum bags are caught and admit to the crime nothing is done for you the victim. All you can do is have to worry about it happening again and wonder how you will afford it next time. I think its about time we adopted some laws from the eastern countries, maybe these people would have to think about doing something like this as losing a hand may just put them off.

We should just export these people who have zero purpose in society and just cost the rest of us tax money. Let them live together :D

All very depressing reading, might be a personal thing on your car though? Upset anyone recently?

The thing that boils my blood with both and this and Bedub's awful experience is if you caught these lowlife scum and touched them you are the one trouble. The law in this country is completely arse about face thanks to all the bleedin heart liberals who misguidedly skewed things in favour of the poor little kid who has never worked has no appreciation of what it takes to work hard to be in a position to purchase the nicer things in life when it's so much easier to just take and destroy and know that if you ever get caught you'll get a slap on the wrists and a few years ago an all expenses trip to the Maldives because you didn't know any better.
When what was needed to slap these b'stards hard and beat discipline and respect into them.

What's happened to our society? There's just no respect for others and their property anymore. When did it all go wrong? :headbang:

I'm always reminded of that when I see the direct line insurance adverts, stating they protect your NCB in the event of vandalism claims. Surely they shouldn't have to state that in the first place! It's a sad sign when they specifically name vandalism, indicates it's a big problem...

Been vandalised a couple of times too- feel for you, little f&ckers. No garage to tuck it up in, or was it parked somewhere when you were out ?

The British Empire used to have a place like that - it's called Australia :D

Fortunately they turned out a'right, so we need to find somewhere else

Time for all decent folk to emigrate, and leave the gutter of society to trash each other.

The problem with that notion is that we're moving out because society itself does nothing to help those of us propping it up.
Everything is about swindling money from other people, through accident claims and PPI claims and personal injury.
Why bother trying to succeed when you can just pilfer from others through benefits and false claims. When you get bored you can just pop out to your local quiet neighbourhood and rob, steal and vandalise til you get injured again or your next DSS cheque comes.

A few years back, I had a car broken into early one morning. The b*stard nicked the audio gear plus a few others things from inside the car. I phoned the Police, who didn't come out because they had a good idea who was responsible and he "always wears gloves", so there'd be no fingerprints.... They advised me not to replace the stereo, as "he'd just nick it again". He'd most likely already have sold the stuff for £10 (300 quid's worth). They knew who was buying them too...... and then they told me that to replace the wing mirror glass that he also broke during the break-in within seven days to avoid a £40 fine. Anyway, over the next couple of months, at least one car a week was broken into in the same car park. Mine got done a second time. I ended up moving.

About eighteen months later I got a call. The guy had been caught 'in the act' breaking into another car in the same car park. He went to court, where he admitted to over 100 offences - all to fund a heroin habit. He was given an eight month prison sentence. I was told that if I took a day off work (unpaid) and wanted to go to court in person I could apply for compensation, but that the last time that happened the 'victim' was awarded £5 to be paid at 50p per week.... which in that case stopped being paid after two weeks. I declined.

So what's wrong with society? The guy breaking into the car - or another guy vandalizing a car? The guy in the pub buying the stolen goods? The Police for having to prioritize? Or the justice system for failing to protect honest members of society? Or all of the above.....
