Yet another Z detailed.

...this was carried out for a trade client I have dealt with for some conciderable amount of time ( he likes good preperation for re-sale rather than a typical clean )
Wow that is unusual for the trade to prep to that level, bet it's money well spent for them though.

It would seem that way, yes.
Nick is a stickler for detail so his way of business is spend well and give quality, the level he goes to with some vehicles is really something.

The reason for not publisising the cost is I didnt post this as a ways of gaining work, more so as it was a nice Z and turned out nicely, more for those whom appreciate a nicely finished car.
Ive got plenty more I could show but arent Z's so feel cheeky posting them up but if anyones interested I have a few recent random cars?

On average, the costing for this typical type of job starts from £250.
Obvisoulsy costs are dependant on severity and distance travelled.
Full correctional details are quite a bit more but enhancements seem to be a goo detail for the everyday driver.

Car looks fantastic  A great advert for Scott's work.

I'm getting my car detailed in December. I think cost really does depend on condition of paintwork and also the amount of time (2 to 3 days to fully detail a Z4) the detailer will spend on your car. There are people out there who will correct and detail in a day so the cost will be a couple of hundred quid. However, in life you tend to get what you pay for so I'd rather pay for a 'proper' detail.

Cheers sammyz.
It is true, you get what you pay for.
I wouldnt feel that full correctional details could be done in a day, its just plain madness.
A full detail on average is 2 days unless the vehicle is a 4x4 or copletely needing heavy tlc.

omg thats amazing.... that better then show room finish.

How long did it take you?

The exhaust on that Z4 is a little strange.. it looks to be a 3.0 but doesnt have chrome tail pipe trims :?

It is a 3.0 but well noticed.
The tailpipes were typical steel ( or whatever they make them from now )
It was far from 100% perfect but as for enhancing the finish it already had, i would hazzard a guess at 60-70% increase in finish was achieved.
As for time, the interior was done with my wing man Geoff, outstanding at interior detailing that lad.
A good few hours for the paintwork and once Geoff finished up on the interior he was working on all the niddly bits to help reduce time down.
Were quite extreme compared to some detailers as we work well together and are timely with it.

Fantastic job....should be proud of the results. I bet everyone like me immediately counts their pennies and considers having it done. Brilliant and it is good to see there are people who still take pride in the work they do. 10/10

Wishfull thinkig on my part fella :D
Its worth the money but not to majority of folk, its just seen as cleaning a car. So many just dont undertsand nor appreciate what actually goes into creating these such finishes sometimes. Thanks for the positive comment.

Wow great Job Scott! If I'm honest I always thought getting your car detailed was just giving it a good wash and scrub! But your work is spot on and basically your returning people's pride and joy back to showroom condition! Very inpressed

Cheers fella. If the cras neglected for a while its all about getting it back and beyond its former glory. Its not just about this though, more so knowing your products inside out and whats going to work best for your bang for buck so to speak. What your wanting to achieve be it just tidying and good protection up to utmost perfect preperation and so on.

I think all could at some point with all this god awfull weather weve been having of late.
