yet another tyre question

I have 108 alloys. Bought the care from stealer as an AUC and failed to note that the rears and the front have one winter tyre on each axle. Is this an issue?

I personally would not be happy mixing tyres with different tread patterns and constructions as this could effect handling, stability and wear.
Are they all runflats?
 
Oh dear you need to swap them, completely different compounds, if you have just got the car go and see the dealer and explain it to them, however once the car has left them they can deny any responsibility
 
Yeah they did, even though one is close to replacement- more fool me for not checking from the position that stealers are devious bar stewards
