Yeovilton Air Day 2017

Dates have been announced for Yeovilton 2017 as Saturday 8th July.

I'll be getting my ticket in the next couple of weeks, should be a good one this year (as good as any can be with no vulcan) as it's the 70th anniversary of air shows at the base. On top of that, it is the same weekend as duxfords flying ledgends so there should be plenty around. Am hoping the Actual dalmer engined 109 will be up in the air by then, also hoping to finally see the mig on the third attempt!

Anyone planning on heading along as well?

I might be going as Culdrose air day this year was spoiled by low cloud so will pin it to the calendar.

Never been down to Culdrose, is probably closer than Yeovilton to me tbh! May well take a look
